For many, the new year is a time to make resolutions with fresh goals, wishes, and intentions for the coming year. It also provides us an opportunity to evaluate where we have been and the lessons we have learned along the way.

If you’re like me, however, you may not always be the best at following through on your initial intentions. You start making excuses like, “I’ll start next week…” or “One more day won’t hurt anything…”

What if I told you that there’s a reason we tend to fail miserably at our resolutions and that there is a way to ensure a higher level of success? Together, we can make this year different. I’ll show you how.

On January 1st, we will experience a Supermoon (the largest moon of the year). With each full moon comes a time of increased productivity, results, and an enhanced connection to our intuition. To help you make your resolutions a reality and to kick off the new year with intention, I’ll be hosting two different guided meditations on January 1st. Yes, that’s right – on New Year’s Day.

The first meditation is shorter and geared toward all levels of participants while the second session will take the listeners much deeper for a very unique and personal guided meditation experience.

Let the illumination of the Supermoon support your goals for the new year. A full moon signifies a time of productivity and seeing results as they enhance our intuition. What a great way to start the new year! 

If you’re new to meditation, this is the perfect session for getting started.

For those that wish to dive a bit deeper, this session goes beyond a guided meditation and becomes an experience. You will be guided through a unique, imagery-filled experience where you will meet a Guide with 3 unique gifts to support you on your journey for 2018. This is a beautifully deep, and often very moving, and powerful meditation experience. Each experience is different and can be life-changing.

What You Will Gain:

No participants will be shown during the LIVE stream.

What to Expect in a Group Meditation:

Meditations hosted by Simply Attuned are open to all levels from beginner to advanced. If you don’t know how to quiet your mind, that’s okay. Join us anyway. If you don’t know if you can sit still for that long, try our shorter meditation first and see how it goes. Perfect silence and stillness is not a requirement to participate, nor will movement or sound during a meditation hinder its effectiveness. Regardless of surroundings, focus is controlled by each individual and gets easier with practice. Adults of all skill levels are welcome.

What to Bring:

Each participant is encouraged to bring a journal for writing immediately after the meditation. 

Please also bring pillows, cushions, meditation benches or other props as needed for comfort during the sessions. Chairs will be provided for those who would like them.
