In this workshop, we discuss the benefits of living a life of gratitude. I’ll show you How to Have an Attitude of Gratitude and provide you with all the tools you need to do so. You’ll discover the power of gratitude and how spending as little as 5 minutes a day can change your life forever.

The evening begins with introductions and a beautiful guided meditation (no previous meditation experience needed!) to help us set our intentions for the evening. Don’t worry, if you’ve never meditated before in your life. You’re in good hands and I promise you’ll do great! After an open discussion on the many ways that an Attitude of Gratitude can impact our day-to-day lives, we share in some creative fun as we build our own Gratitude Journals – just in time for the new month!

All supplies and light snacks are provided. This is such a great way to spend an evening with friends and family! So invite your friends and get ready to learn How to Have an Attitude of Gratitude!
