ENERGY WORK
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality for relaxation and energy healing. It is used to re-balance Chakras, cleanse auras, and release energies that no longer serve us. Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands-on healing. As a Reiki Practitioner, Jeneen transfers universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through her hands. Your body receives the energy and decides how best to use it. Reiki is very relaxing. As a result, this allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium within your body. Healing sessions are available in person or from a distance. Distant healings are just as effective as in-person sessions. Learn more about Reiki.
Reiki sessions are available with Jeneen only and can be combined with massage.

MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish Massage is designed for relaxation and stress relief. It enhances circulation and reduces body tension and stress. This allows for self-healing and the release of energies or emotions that no longer serve us. Due to the shortened timeframe, all 30-minute massage sessions require a primary area of focus. Full-body massages start at 60 minutes.
Swedish Massage sessions are available with Brittany only.

Therapeutic/Deep-Tissue Massage
Therapeutic/Deep-Tissue Massage is a targeted treatment massage. It removes severe tension and relieves both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It can also improve your range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Due to each client’s unique needs, techniques may include a combination of Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue Massage to stretch and repair the connective tissue between your muscles (fascia). You may be asked to select one primary area of focus with up to 2 additional areas, depending on the length of the session selected.

In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or seek the help of an appropriately trained professional. We are massage therapists in the medical field. However, we are not medical doctors. If you require services outside of our scope of practice, we will refer you to someone more appropriately trained to help you.
We cannot and will not:
- Diagnose health issues
- Prescribe medications
- Treat for specific conditions (except in emergencies)
- Work in opposition to the medical or other fields
- Encourage a client to cease taking prescribed medications
- Provide massage, bodywork, or meditation services to individuals under the age of 18 without written consent from a parent or guardian. Must be accompanied by an adult.
