Jeneen, owner of Simply Attuned, is an experienced Energy Healer and licensed massage therapist (LMT) with certified clinical massage training. In addition to energy work, she specializes in therapeutic massage to help clients recover from injuries, improve range of motion and increase well-being.

Brittany is an independent LMT sharing office space with Simply Attuned and extending her services to our clients. She offers deep tissue and Swedish massage with add-ons such as back and feet scrubs, dry brushing, hot stones, and cupping. She is passionate about helping people, whether that means helping them relax or focusing on problem areas to help them find relief.

Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease minor muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Therapeutic or Deep Tissue Massage is a type of treatment massage designed to remove severe tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It does NOT have to hurt to be effective!
For a full-body massage, book 60 to 90 minutes. Shorter sessions are idea for a more focused area such as just back, neck, and shoulders.
